Notary Law
Legal security is a social asset to be protected. But it must be examined from the point of view of the mechanisms or the means that exist for achieving this security and then to evaluate the degree of use or aptitude of these means for complying with the objective for which they were created.
Given that we are notaries, it is this profession that should be evaluated from an economic point of view.
