First session: ethical values and training
Notary Law/International Union of Notaries
The First International Forum of reflection on the role of women notaries in the 21st century look at the role of women notaries in the UINL, in their Notariats and in their respective communities.
The aim is to analyse the aspects of human rights, continuing education, ethical values, leadership, and then to disseminate conclusions in the form of a good practice guide to be used by future generations in the implementation of an equitable professional notarial organisation.
All women notaries of the member notariats of the UINL are invited to participate in this forum on gender equality in the Notariat in order to make visible and rethink the role of women notaries nowadays.
The Forum takes place through four themes during two virtual conferences and concludes with a closing webinar.
Each theme is addressed in the form of a dialogue with the women notaries participating in the Forum to discuss the difficulties encountered, the challenges met and the tools used to solve certain situations.
